The hotel rooms had a strong chemical smell of damp/mould, which was not ideal for someone with asthma. The furniture was shabby, and the windows were hard to open and close due to rust. However, the service was excellent, especially at the bar, swimming pool, and beach service area. The location was a bit crowded but had a nice design and two pools. The dining experience outside the hotel was disappointing, but there were good breakfast options nearby. Overall, the facilities were decent.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a large bathroom and an amazing view from the balcony. Everything was very clean, and the staff was great. However, the mini bar stocked with alcohol was pricey. Overall, a good stay but fell short of our expectations.

The King Ocean View room was charming, but I found it a bit damp and moldy, which was not good for my asthma. The service, especially from Neyada, Daniel, and Tobias, was amazing and truly made my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, close enough to South Beach to experience it but far enough away to get some rest. The dining experience was a bit repetitive with limited choices, but the facilities were spectacular, offering two pools, a private beach experience, and more.

The hotel assigned us basic rooms with tired decor and various maintenance issues, but after multiple requests, the staff finally addressed some of the problems. The service, although not attentive, was friendly and helpful. The superb location added to the enjoyment of our stay, surrounded by welcoming staff and great amenities. However, slow restaurant service and limited dining options were minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. The location couldn't have been better, right on Collins Avenue with beautiful views of the beach. The service was top-notch, with staff members like Neyada, Daniel, and Tobias going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. The dining options were great, especially the breakfast at Orange Blossom. The only downsides were some noise disturbances at night and slow service in certain areas.

The hotel had spacious rooms with good bathrooms, although they needed a little upkeep and weren't ready until 3:00. The staff would not accommodate a room change request.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located with easy bus access in either direction, close to the beautiful beach, and within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel provided a decent stay overall with some positives like friendly service and a convenient location, but with some drawbacks such as the room conditions and dining options. The price was reasonable considering the amenities offered.

I was treated really nice with an ocean view suite. Despite the initial wrong assumption from the lobby, the room did not meet expectations. Waiting over 10 minutes at the elevator bank was frustrating, though some staff members were my favorites during the stay.
